We have nearly 20 years experience of letting our proprties to Durham University students.

All of our quality homes are now LET for the 2013 - 2014 University year. No homes are currently available for rental.

In the past, these student homes have always let very readily, in fact our East Atherton property has been rented to students every week since we bought it in November 1990, over 22 years ago.

Why do they let so well? It's because all of the homes are in the best student streets in the best locations.

We offer the largest room sizes for any particular type of property. Minimum bedroom size standards are very much the exception. More than 90% of our bedrooms will accommodate double sized beds.

Every property has a separate lounge.

Before you arrive in July/August, your home will be professionally cleaned, in good decorative order, well maintained and comfortably furnished.

We are private landlords, living in the city, and able to offer fast and efficient response to any house repairs or problems.

Easy, straightforward rental contracts and letting procedure. Just call us and we're happy to meet groups at their college or the DSU.

Deposits of £200 per student are fully protected and handled fairly.

All properties comply fully with DSU accommodation office Codes of Standards for gas, electrical and fire safety. We are also members of the NLA, the National Landlords Association.
